At the start of each year a letter is sent home to parents explaining what a blog is and the potential benefits, both in terms of literacy, and digital citizenship. Parents are given the opportunity to give permission for work and/or photos to appear on the class blog. In a school of 500+ primary age children, only 2 sets of parents have refused both work and photo, and a handful have refused just the child&#39;s photo.
