What would happen if a teacher (or a group of teachers) created a lesson that inspired students to engage in summer learning?

This project space is intended for the collaborative construction of a Rich Performance Task that can be used by a range of classes (Grades 5-8 ?) to demonstrate their learning about the ancient Olympic games and that can inspire students to actively engage in summer learning through virtual participation in the 2008 Summer Games (and the 2010 Winter Games...).
